These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forever Frame Photography website, booking system, messaging, client communication, session services, and digital galleries. By booking a session, accessing the website, or receiving services, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

Forever Frame Photography (“the Studio”) operates legally under Glint Media Group LLC, an Arizona-registered company.

1. Services Provided

Forever Frame Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

  • Family and milestone sessions

  • Maternity and newborn photography

  • Portraits and lifestyle photography

  • Couples and engagement sessions

  • Seasonal or holiday shoots

  • On-location and studio sessions

  • Digital editing, retouching, and gallery delivery

All services are offered subject to availability and require a signed agreement for confirmation.

2. Business Structure

Forever Frame Photography is a DBA subsidiary of Glint Media Group LLC.

All invoices, contracts, legal documents, and payment processing are carried out under Glint Media Group LLC.

3. Booking, Retainers & Payments

3.1 Retainers

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer and signed contract are received.

3.2 Remaining Balance

  • Due on or before the date of the session, unless otherwise outlined in your agreement.

  • Late or missing payments may delay work or gallery release.

3.3 Payment Processing

The Studio uses secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal, HoneyBook).

Forever Frame Photography does not store any payment card information.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

  • All retainers are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

4.2 Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule one time at no charge with 48+ hours notice.

  • More than one reschedule may require a new retainer.

4.3 Studio Cancellation

If Forever Frame Photography must cancel due to emergency, illness, or equipment failure, the client may choose:

  • A full refund

  • A rescheduled session

  • A credit toward a future session

4.4 Weather Conditions

Weather postponements are made at the Studio’s discretion to ensure safety and quality.

5. Expectations & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time and prepared

  • Supervising minors during the entire session

  • Communicating special needs, sensitivities, or limitations

  • Bringing proper outfits, props, or items needed for the session

  • Following directions for safety and posing

The Studio is not responsible for missed shots, child cooperation, wardrobe malfunctions, or elements outside its control.

6. Editing, Retouching & RAW Files

6.1 Editing Style

All delivered images are professionally edited in Forever Frame Photography’s established style: clean, natural, beautifully polished.

6.2 Additional Retouching

Specialized edits (body modifications, head swaps, advanced retouching) may incur additional fees.

6.3 RAW Files

The Studio does not provide RAW, unedited, or unfinished digital files under any circumstance.

7. Gallery Delivery & Storage

7.1 Delivery Timeline

Typical turnaround time is 7–21 business days, depending on the session type and season.

Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.

7.2 Digital Gallery Access

  • Galleries are delivered via a private online gallery.

  • Gallery expiration varies by package.

  • Expired galleries may be reactivated for an archival retrieval fee.

7.3 Downloads & Quality

Image resolution, download permissions, and print quality depend on the purchased package.

8. Copyright, Licensing & Usage

8.1 Copyright Ownership

All images remain the exclusive property of Forever Frame Photography / Glint Media Group LLC under federal copyright law.

8.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients are granted personal-use rights for:

  • Social media sharing (unaltered)

  • Personal prints and albums

Clients may not:

  • Apply filters or heavy editing

  • Crop out watermarks

  • Sell images

  • Use images commercially without a license

  • Submit images to publications without written approval

8.3 Studio Usage Rights

The Studio may only use images for portfolio, website, advertising, or marketing with your signed model release or written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

Clients agree not to use images for:

  • AI model training or enhancement platforms (e.g., Midjourney, FaceApp, OpenAI Vision, Remini)

  • Commercial purposes without licensing

  • NFT creation

  • Graphic manipulation outside approved edits

  • Misrepresentation of the brand or photographer

10. Liability Limitations

Forever Frame Photography is not liable for:

  • Weather

  • Location availability

  • Natural interruptions (animals, people, crowds)

  • Client injury or property damage during sessions

  • Print quality from third-party labs not associated with the Studio

The Studio’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session.

11. Privacy, Data Protection & Security

All personal information and client galleries are handled under strict privacy measures and governed by the Forever Frame Photography Privacy Policy, located on the website.

The Studio will never use client images for marketing without a signed model release.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Booking a session

  • Paying a retainer

  • Signing a contract

  • Accessing the website

  • Receiving gallery links

…you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
